The band is from Stroudsburg and is one of the few well-known rockbands at the moment. I would highly suggest to check out their MySpace...

No Zeros for Yeah Yeah Yeahs
So if you are amongst the many music hustlers out on the web, you probably have noticed the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs album has leaked. Of course my mouse pointer drifted over to link to download this masterpiece. Their new album, It’s Blitz, is an emotional dance ride that I can’t find a way off of. Alternative-rock band Valencia stopped by East Stroudsburg University’s 90.3 WESS to sit down and talk about their current and future plans. The band is currently signed to Columbia Records, a sub-division of Sony BMG Records. They have been on the road on their headlining tour with Houston Calls and Artist vs. Poet. They rolled into 90.3 WESS tired but eager to spread the word about their music....

Andy “The Butcher” Mrotek (drummer) from The Academy Is… has created a new site for his artwork. This site features some of his artwork with descriptions. I have seen his work before and it is outstanding. He sold some of his work on the Vans Warped Tour and during their last tour in Fall/Winter of 2008. You should definitely check out his work.

No Doubt Announces 2009 Summer Tour With Special...
Attention! Attention!
Yes, this is huge news for Gwen Stefani and crew but Paramore is also playing. Paramore? Really? If you don’t know this rock group already, they have performed on the MTV VMA’s and have had a smash hit. However, I was not expecting for this band to be on tour with No Doubt. I thought they we’re going to go through hiatus after naming their last tour...
