“Blink is back.” They mean they are really back. Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker all stepped on stage at the Grammy’s Sunday night and announced their comeback. After the announcement, their website and MySpace page headlined “Summer 2009”. Fans over at absolutepunk.net we’re excited and anxious for the future of the band. One comment said “Blink reunion will create world peace.” This announcement has had Facebook status’s saying “BLINK IS BACK!” or “THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE!” I am of course excited for the reunion but not for the prices of the tickets for their upcoming World Tour.
